When conducting periodic reviews of financial transactions recorded with suppliers via the platform, you may need a consolidated report to streamline the process of reviewing each supplier's invoices. Rewaa provides the Supplier Movement Report, which allows you to track all transactions with suppliers, including purchase orders and stock returns. The report updates automatically and in real-time whenever a supplier-related transaction is made on the platform.
Accessing the Report
Navigate to: Reports > Stock Control > Supplier Movement to view details.
The report displays all data, allowing you to search by supplier name or phone number.
ℹ️ You can further refine your search results and specify the time period using the filter option.
Features of the Report
The report is divided into two sections:
Header Section: Displays the company name, report name, and the selected date range.
Details Section: Provides detailed information on transactions with suppliers.
Data Available in the Report
Supplier Name.
Supplier phone number.
Location: The branch selected when issuing purchase invoices or stock return invoices.
Transaction Reference: The invoice number for purchases or stock returns.
Transaction Date: The date the purchase or return invoice was issued.
Transaction quantity: The quantity of products listed in the invoice (either purchase or return).
Paid Amount | Received Amount:
The amount paid for purchase invoices.
The amount received for stock returns (purchase return invoices).
ℹ️ If a purchase invoice is marked as deferred payment, the paid amount initially displays as 0. When payment is made, the amount is updated in the same column.
User perform the action: The user account that issued the purchase or return invoice.
Exporting the Report to Excel
Click on Export, then select xlsx to download the file to your device.

No, Journal Entries for suppliers are not reflected in the Supplier Movement Report. These details are available in the financial reports.
