The Supplier Payables Report is a comprehensive statement showing outstanding balances owed to all suppliers added to the platform. This report helps you track amounts payable for partially paid or unpaid purchase invoices, sorted by time periods, enabling timely follow-up and settlement of overdue payments.
Accessing the Report
Navigate to: Reports > Stock Control > Supplier Credit Lifetime to view details.
The report displays all data, allowing you to search by supplier name or tax number.
ℹ️ You can further refine your search results and specify the time period using the filter field.
Features of the Report
The report is divided into two sections:
Header Section: Displays the company name, report name, and the selected date range.
Details Section: Provides a detailed breakdown of amounts owed to suppliers.
Data Available in the Report
Supplier Name.
Supplier Tax Number.
Total supplier purchase: The total amount of purchases from the supplier, whether paid or unpaid.
Total Paid: The total payments made to the supplier.
Total unpaid: The total unpaid amounts owed to the supplier.
Amount Due (1-15 Days): Amounts unpaid for 1–15 days.
Amount Due (16-30 Days): Amounts unpaid for 16–30 days.
Amount Due (31-60 Days): Amounts unpaid for 31–60 days.
Amount Due (61-90 Days): Amounts unpaid for 61–90 days.
Exporting the Report to Excel
Click on Export, then select xlsx to download the file to your device.

1. Can the report be printed directly from the platform?
No, the report cannot be printed directly. You can export it to Excel for printing or further analysis.
2. How can I filter for specific suppliers?
Use the filter icon in the Supplier Name column.
Add the names of the suppliers you want to filter.
Click Apply to view the details.
3. How can I display more results on a single page?
Adjust the Results Per Page field at the bottom of the table to display up to 200 results.
Navigate between pages using the page navigation buttons.
4. Can user access to this report be customized?
Yes, user access can be customized as follows:
Navigate to: Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.
Go to User Permissions > Reports > Reports List > Enable Read.
Enable Read and Export permission under Stock Control Reports > Supplier Credit Lifetime.
Click Save Custom User to apply the settings.
When a user accesses their account, reports will be displayed based on the assigned permissions.
