Updated over a week ago

Tracking sales details, inventory, supplier interactions, and financial matters is critical for business success. Rewaa provides over 25 different types of reports, including inventory, sales, tax, customer, and supplier interactions, designed as comprehensive references for monitoring and analyzing business operations. These reports enable data-driven decision-making and early detection of operational errors.

Types of Reports

Rewaa reports are categorized into two main types:

  1. Analytical Reports:
Focus on operational details and analysis to support decision-making. For instance, while the Account Transactions report reveals due amounts, an analytical report like the Customer Debit Lifetime details overdue durations (e.g., two weeks, one month). These are available in categories such as sales, inventory, tax, and storage.

  2. Financial Reports:
Provide precise financial data adhering to specific standards for evaluating business performance. Examples include income statements, trial balances, general ledgers, and more.

ℹ️ Accessing financial reports requires installing the Accounting Application.

Report Categories

  • Sales Reports: Analyze sales performance over different periods, revealing top-selling products by category, customer, employee, payment method, and more.

  • Inventory Reports: Focus on inventory and product details, highlighting stagnant stock, available quantities, product movement, etc.

  • Tax Reports: Provide comprehensive summaries for tax declaration purposes.

  • Stock Control Reports: Cover purchase invoices, supplier transactions, inventory summaries, and more.

  • Financial Reports: Specialized reports such as customer and supplier account statements, balance sheets, income statements, and general ledgers.
