Stay on Top of Notifications to Manage Your Business Effectively

Monitor stock and promotion alerts, and take the right action at the right time.

Rewaa notifications help you manage your business by alerting you when stock is low, a product is about to expire, or a promotion is ending. This way, you can take quick actions such as reordering from your supplier or extending a promotion.

Types of Notifications

Notifications are sent automatically in the following cases:

Stock Notifications

  • When product quantity in any branch reaches 5 units (e.g., pieces, kilos).

  • When product quantity reaches 0.

Expiry Notifications

  • 1 month before the expiry date.

  • 1 week before the expiry date.

  • 1 day before the expiry date.

  • On the expiry date itself.

Promotion Notifications

  • 3 days before a promotion ends.

  • 1 day before a promotion ends.


How to View Notifications

  1. From the top menu, click the 🔔 bell icon.

  2. Notifications will display the product name and branch (if you have multiple branches).

  3. Click View Product to see product details across all branches.

  4. To create a purchase invoice for a product:

    • Click Purchase Invoice.

    • The product details will be added to a new purchase invoice.

    • Add the remaining details and complete the invoice.

View All Notifications

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the notification list.

  • Click View All.

Sort and Filter Notifications

  • Click Sort by and choose the option you prefer.

  • Click the Date field on the left side of the screen and select the time range (up to the last 3 months).


FAQs

  1. Can I receive notifications via email or WhatsApp?

    No. Notifications only appear inside the Rewaa platform or mobile app.

  2. Can I customize notifications for specific products?

    No. Notifications apply to all products in your account.

  3. Can I set a custom quantity for low stock notifications?

    No. The alert appears automatically when product quantity in any branch reaches 5 units or when stock runs out completely.

  4. Can I restrict user access to notifications?

    Yes. Go to:

    • Settings > Users.

    • Click the ⚙️ settings icon > Edit user.

    • Go to User Permissions > Dashboard.

    • Turn off Notifications, Logs, Latest Orders And Sales.

    • Click Save Custom User at the bottom of the page.
