This helps you know when to reorder products from suppliers before they run out, request stock transfers from other branches or warehouses, and clear products before their expiration date. To support this, Rewaa offers automated notifications that alert you when stock is running low, expiration dates are approaching, or promotional offers are nearing their end, helping you manage inventory effectively.
Types of Notifications
1. Low Stock Notifications
Notification is sent when the stock of a product at any branch reaches 5 units (e.g., pieces, kilograms).
Notification is sent when the stock of a product is completely out.
2. Expiration Date Notifications
Notification is sent one month before the product's expiration date.
Notification is sent one week before the product's expiration date.
Notification is sent one day before the product's expiration date.
Notification is sent when the product has expired.
3. Promotional Offer Expiration Notifications
Notification is sent three days before the promotional offer ends.
Notification is sent one day before the promotional offer ends.
Accessing Notifications
From the top menu, click the 🔔 Notifications icon to view notifications.
Notifications display the product name and branch (if you have multiple branches).
To view product details, click View Product.
Product details will include data for all branches if applicable.
To create a purchase invoice directly for a product, click Purchase Invoice.
This will open a new purchase invoice page with the product automatically added to the list. Complete the remaining details and issue the invoice.
To view all notifications, scroll down and click View All.
Notifications can be sorted by newest to oldest or vice versa and filtered by day, week, or month.

Yes, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️> Edit User .
Navigate to User Permissions > Dashboard, and disable access to Notifications, Activity Log, or Latest Orders and Sales as needed.
Click Save Custom User at the bottom of the page.
