1. Open RewardBox app and go to “Rewards”
2. Under "Gift Cards", choose your preferred Gift Card and click "Redeem"
3. Check the Terms & Conditions carefully, then click "Redeem" again and confirm the redemption
4. After our approval within 14 business days, you will receive an email notification and you can check the gift card details under "My Rewards". Click into the redeemed gift card and use the Claim Code/Redemption URL in the respective app or website

Once after the confirmation of your gift card redemption, your Points in the wallet will be deducted and this cannot be reverted.
