My tracking isn’t updating — what should I do?

Don’t worry if your tracking hasn’t updated right away. It can sometimes take 24–48 hours after shipment before new scans appear.

During weekends, holidays, or customs processing, carriers may update tracking less frequently. This can make it look like your order has stopped moving, even though it’s still on the way.

If your tracking hasn’t changed for more than five business days, contact us at 📧 info@reyrr.com with your order number and tracking link.

We will check the shipment status directly with the carrier and make sure it keeps moving.

If your tracking still does not update after you have checked these options, send us a message. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or open a case with the carrier.
