For helmets/shoulder pads, choose the snugger size—you can fine-tune with air/fit liners. For gloves, start with your usual size; if unsure, contact us for advice or a quick exchange. For shoes/cleats, choose one size up. (Riddell advises starting smaller when between helmet sizes.)
