After you sign in to your customer account, you can see all your orders and download receipts or invoices from your Shopify account page.
Go to our online store and select the account icon in the top corner.
Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout.
In your account dashboard, open Account and then Orders.
In the Orders view you will see a list of all your purchases, including order number, date, status, total amount and payment method. Select an order to:
• See all items in that order, including size and quantity
• Check the current status, such as Processing, Shipped or Delivered
• View tracking information, when available
• Open or download a receipt or invoice for your records
If you checked out as a guest and do not see an order in your account, use the order confirmation email you received at purchase. That email includes your order details and, where available, a link to view your order online and access your receipt or invoice.
