- How does pickup work at Reyrr?Choose pickup at checkout, wait for the ready email, then book a time to collect at our Jordbro warehouse.
- Where do I pick up my order?Collect at Reyrr Athletics, Cementvägen 18, 136 50 Västerhaninge, in Jordbro south of Stockholm. By appointment only.
- When is my order ready for pickup?Normally within 24 hours. Wait for the email before you book a time and come by.
- Book a pickup timePickup is by appointment, weekdays 9 to 14. Reply to your ready email or contact us to book.
- What do I need to bring?Just your order number and the name on the order. No ID needed.
- Can someone else pick up my order?Yes. They just need your order number and the name on the order.
- Can I try on or swap sizes when I pick up?Often yes, especially gloves, cleats, shoulder pads and visors. Mention it when you book.
- Can I switch to home delivery instead?Usually yes, if it hasn't been collected. Shipping is added.
- How long do you hold my order?3 business days from the ready email. Need more time? Contact us.
