Cancelling Your Subscription
The steps to cancel a subscription are found here.
When you cancel a recurring subscription:
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Future charges will stop, but past payments will not be refunded.
Rezi is not responsible for charges resulting from unconfirmed cancellations. Please verify that your subscription has been successfully cancelled in your Account Settings:
Refund Eligibility
Within the First 30 Days
Monthly and Quarterly Plans: Requests made within 30 days of the subscription start date may be eligible for a refund.
Lifetime Plan: Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
After the First 30 Days (Recurring Charges)
Monthly Plan: Requests accepted within 7 days of your billing date.
Quarterly Plan: Requests accepted within 14 days of your billing date.
Lifetime Plan: Not eligible.
If approved, only the most recent payment will be refunded.
