The AI Resume Agent is an AI-powered resume and career assistant designed to support you through every stage of the job search process. It’s like ChatGPT, but specifically trained to understand resumes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job search strategies.
To start using the AI Resume Agent, head to your dashboard, select your resume from your dashboard or upload it as a PDF, and select the default prompts or type your own in the chat box.
The AI Resume Agent can do a lot, but the quality of the output depends on what you put into it. If you treat it like a quick question-and-answer tool, you’ll still get decent feedback. But if you give it context, details, and direction, the results become way more practical and personalized.
For example, compare this generic prompt to something more specific:
How can I improve my resume? (broad and vague)
Analyze my resume for a project manager role and tell me how I can improve my Rezi score. (gives context and mentions a specific resume goal)
