AI Keyword Targeting scans your resume against a specific job posting and shows you which important keywords you’re missing. Its goal is to align your resume with what hiring managers and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) want to see and prove you’re the right fit.
To update your resume based on the job description, you need to turn on Target your resume when creating your resume file.
After clicking Create a new resume, switch the Target your resume toggle button when importing a resume, fill out the fields, and click Save:
If you already have an imported resume, you can go to the Finish Up & Preview page and fill out the fields under AI Keyword Targeting:
