Adding Candidates to a Talent Pool when reviewing CVs in a job
When looking at CVs you have received for a particular job you may want to move some to a talent pool from here. You can easily do this by following the below steps:
When you click on a candidates application within a job you will see a dashboard to the left of the screen with things like the candidates email, phone and options to message and leave notes etc. Scroll down to the end of this and you will see the below option "+ Talent pool"
Select this button and choose which talent pool you wish to add the candidate to. They will now appear in this talent pool under the CRM section of you account which you can find below.
