7. What happens if I have terminated my rental contract in November?

If you submitted your rental termination to MVGM in November and your rental agreement officially ends on 31 December, then your offboarding process falls partly under MVGM and partly under To Be At, due to the management transition on 13 December.

1. Who handles my termination?

MVGM remains responsible for the administrative processing of your termination.
This includes:

  • registration of your termination

  • confirmation of the end date

  • stopping your SEPA/automatic rent collection

  • administrative closure of your rental agreement

Your termination is known to both MVGM and To Be At.


2. Who performs the inspections?

  • Pre-inspection: carried out by To Be At

  • Final inspection & key handover: carried out by To Be At from 13 December onwards

3. Who handles the deposit refund?

The financial settlement after your final inspection β€” including the deposit refund will be handled by To Be At.

The deposit is refunded after:

  1. the final inspection has taken place

  2. the inspection outcome has been approved

  3. any outstanding charges (if applicable) have been settled
