Types of parking

At Rhapsody, the following parking options are available (subject to availability):

  • Car parking

  • EV parking (car parking with charging point)

  • Motorkooi parking (motorbike/scooter parking)

Each parking type requires its own parking contract.

How to apply for a parking contract

Parking contracts can be requested exclusively via the To Be At App.

Step 1: MyWay account

Before submitting a parking request, you must have a MyWay account. MyWay is the system used for garage access, license plate recognition, and motor access.

Step 2: Submit your request

In the To Be At App, go to:
My Services → Parking Contract Request (select the correct option)

Fill in the form completely and correctly. Incomplete or incorrect requests cannot be processed.

Step 3: Processing

  • Processing time: up to 5 working days

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a signed copy of the parking contract

  • The signed contract confirms:

    • The assigned parking space number

    • The applicable first month's fee

  • After approval, To Be At informs MyWay

  • MyWay will then contact you to:

    • Link your account to your license plate (car / EV) or;

    • Activate garage access in the app (motorkooi parking)

Payments

  • Parking fees are collected via automatic direct debit

  • The first payment must be transferred manually, as stipulated in the signed copy of the parking contract you will receive upon approval

  • Please carefully check the signed copy of your contract, as it states:

    • The amount due for the first period

    • The assigned parking space number

  • After the first payment, monthly fees will be collected automatically

Contract duration and termination

  • Parking contracts have a minimum term of 12 months

  • After the minimum term, the contract can be terminated with one month’s notice

  • The notice period starts on the first day of the month following submission

  • Parking contracts always end on the last day of a calendar month

  • Parking fees remain due until the agreed termination date

Important:

  • Parking contracts are automatically terminated when the apartment rental agreement ends

  • No separate cancellation is required in this case

You can also submit a seperate parking termination request via the app:
My Services → Cancel parking contract

Switching between parking types (car ↔ EV ↔ motorkooi)

If you want to change your parking type (for example, from a regular parking space to an EV spot, or from car parking to motorkooi):

  • First cancel your current parking contract via the app
→ Keep in mind the one-month notice period

  • Submit a new parking contract request for the desired parking type

Important:

  • A parking contract cannot normally be terminated within the first 12 months

  • An exception may apply only if you cancel and request a new parking contract on the same day, for example when switching from car parking to EV parking

Access to the garage

Car & EV parking

  • Access is based on license plate recognition

  • You can manage and change license plates directly in the MyWay app

  • For questions or technical support, contact MyWay via the contact details in the app

Motorkooi parking

  • No license plate recognition

  • Access via a button in the MyWay app

  • The button only works when you are physically at the garage

Important notes

  • Submitting a parking request is a request only and does not guarantee availability

  • Always allow at least 5 working days processing time before your desired start date

  • Requests that are incomplete or incorrectly filled in will be declined

  • Garage access is only activated after MyWay has processed your details
