VISO: Updating Your Payment Method

When you sign into your VISO account, you're able to update your payment method to either PayPal or Payoneer by following these simple steps:

  1. Login to your VISO account

  2. Click on your profile picture on the top right-hand corner

  3. Select 'My Account' from the drop down menu

  4. Select either 'Payoneer' or 'PayPal'

  5. If the payer is 'Payoneer', you will have to click 'Got it, take me to Payoneer'

  6. You'll have the option to sign up or link an existing Payoneer account

  7. Once you have completed your registration, Payoneer will review your application and send a confirmation email

  8. You can check the status of your account by logging into your Payoneer account

  9. If you are having difficulties, please reach out to support@rhei.ai for further instruction

  10. The cut off time to update your payment method on VISO is 7 days before your payment date. Please be advised not to update wallet payment methods through VISO during this time
