Are you curious about your channel's standing? Check it out on your Features page under "Channel Settings". In order for your channel to stay in good standing, your account must have no account strikes (Community Guideline or Copyright). A few things to keep in mind:

  • Deleting videos will not clear strikes from your channel

  • A video can receive multiple Content ID claims or takedown requests, but can only have one copyright strike

  • If you feel that a Community Guideline strike was received in error, you're able to appeal the decision

  • Copyright strikes can be resolved through expiry, retraction or counter notification

When in doubt, take some time to read and understand YouTube's Community Guidelines for more information.
