Managing Access to Field Forms
➡ How to control which projects have access to your Field Forms in Rhumbix
Administrators can manage which Field Forms are available to project teams using the Manage Access feature. Whether you're enabling a new safety checklist or removing access to outdated forms, this article walks through the steps to manage Field Form access at the group and project level.
🔧 Accessing Field Forms Settings
To get started:
Navigate to Company Settings in Rhumbix Web.
Click on the Field Forms.
📋 Managing Access to a Field Form
To make a specific form available for your crew:
Find the form you want to manage.
Click Manage Access.
You'll be able to see what projects the form has been assigned to and if Auto-add to new projects is enabled.
Select the Project(s) or Project Group(s) where this form should be available.
Enable Auto-add to new projects if you'd like this form to automatically be included with all new projects.
Once selected, those projects will now have access to complete this form.
🛑 Turning Off Access When a Form Is No Longer Needed
When you're done using a specific Field Form (e.g., the form is outdated or no longer applicable):
Return to the Manage Access screen.
Deselect all projects and groups that previously had access.
This prevents team members from accidentally completing the wrong form moving forward. You can always re-enable access later if needed.
Let me know if you'd like a version specifically for use in the Help Center, or if you'd like to include callouts for mobile vs. web access.
