Resetting a Password in Rhumbix

Whether you're trying to reset your own password or helping someone on your team regain access, Rhumbix offers several quick and secure options. This article walks through all the ways to reset a password—from the login screen to the Admin dashboard.


🔐 Option 1: Reset Your Own Password (Web or Mobile)
If you're a user trying to reset your own password:

  • Go to the Rhumbix login screen (either web or mobile app).

  • Enter the email address associated with your Rhumbix account.

  • Click or tap Forgot Password?

  • You’ll receive a password reset email with a link to create a new password.


🌐 Option 2: Direct Reset Link (for Users)
Prefer to go straight to the reset page? Use this direct link:
👉 https://www.rhumbix.com/password_resets/new
Enter your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.


💻 Option 3: Via Rhumbix Website – Support Page
For anyone needing help:

  • Click Support from the top navigation.

  • Scroll down and contact our Support Team.


👷 Option 4: Admin-Initiated Reset (For Admins & Payroll Admins)
Admins and Payroll Admins can reset passwords for team members who are unable to use the Forgot Password links.

To trigger a reset for a teammate:

  1. Log in to the Rhumbix web app.

  2. Navigate to Company > Team Members.

  3. Find the team member and click box next to their name.

  4. Select Reset Password.

  5. The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.

💡 This is the fastest option if someone doesn’t have immediate access to their inbox or needs help on the jobsite.


📨 Didn't Receive the Reset Email?

If you or your team member don’t receive the reset email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder—the email may have been filtered.

  • Verify the email address entered during the reset process.

  • Ask a supervisor or Admin to confirm the email address listed in your Rhumbix profile under Company > Team Members.

🔍 The most common reason users don’t receive the password reset email is because the email entered doesn’t exactly match the one in their Rhumbix profile.
