Kiosk - Bulk Update

The Bulk Update feature in CICO section lets you update multiple employees at once-ideal for large crews starting/ending shifts or breaks.

Using Bulk Update in Clock In/Clock Out (CICO)


📱 Accessing Bulk Update

  1. From the mobile app, open the CICO tab.

  2. Navigate to the Crew tab.

  3. Tap the ••• menu in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Bulk Update from the menu.


🗂 Sorting & Selecting Employees

On the Bulk Update screen, employees are automatically grouped by their current CICO state:

  • Clocked In

  • On Break

  • On Meal 🍽

  • Clocked Out

Important:

  • All selected employees must be in the same state to be updated together.

  • Once you select an employee, employees in other states will be disabled until your selection is cleared.

Tip: Use the ••• menu in a section header to select or deselect all employees in that group.


Updating the CICO Status

  1. Select one or more employees from the same state.

  2. Use the action buttons at the bottom of the screen to choose the new CICO status (Clock In, Break, Meal, or Clock Out).

  3. Confirm your action and add an optional comment.


📝 What Happens After an Update

  • The selected employees’ timelines will be updated with:

    • The same entry time

    • The same photo/location details (if required by your account settings)

    • The same comment

  • All updates will appear in the employee’s CICO history.
