🔧 Troubleshooting Missing Cost Codes in the Mobile App

If you’re not seeing all expected cost codes when entering a timecard in the mobile app, try the steps below.

🔄 Step 1: Refresh Offline Data

Sometimes cost codes may not fully sync to your device.

To refresh your data:

  1. Open the Rhumbix mobile app

  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom right corner)

  3. Select Offline Data

  4. Tap Refresh Data

✅ This will force your device to pull the latest project and cost code information.


🔍 Step 2: Search for the Cost Code

If the cost code still doesn’t appear in the list:

  1. Go to the Time Card tab

  2. Open the Select Cost Code menu

  3. Use the search bar to look up the cost code by:

    • Cost code number, or

    • Cost code name

💡 In some cases, the cost code may not appear in the default list but can still be found using search.

If you’re still unable to find the correct cost code after trying the steps above, please contact your administrator or Rhumbix Support.
