🔄 Step 1: Refresh Offline Data
Sometimes cost codes may not fully sync to your device.
To refresh your data:
Open the Rhumbix mobile app
Go to the Profile tab (bottom right corner)
Select Offline Data
Tap Refresh Data
✅ This will force your device to pull the latest project and cost code information.
🔍 Step 2: Search for the Cost Code
If the cost code still doesn’t appear in the list:
Go to the Time Card tab
Open the Select Cost Code menu
Use the search bar to look up the cost code by:
💡 In some cases, the cost code may not appear in the default list but can still be found using search.
❗ When to Contact Support
If you’re still unable to find the correct cost code after trying the steps above, please contact your administrator or Rhumbix Support.
