When signing in to Rhumbix, you may see a message stating "The Autodesk authentication pop-up was blocked." This happens when your browser prevents the Autodesk sign-in window from opening.

You can usually resolve this by allowing pop-ups from Rhumbix in your browser settings.

🔧 Allow Pop-Ups in Google Chrome

If you're using Google Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Look for the pop-up blocked icon on the right side of your browser's address bar. It may appear as a small window with a slash through it.

  2. Select the icon to open the pop-up settings.

  3. Choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from your Rhumbix website.

  4. Click Done.

  5. Return to Rhumbix and select Sign in with Autodesk.

🌐 Using a Different Browser?

Other browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox, have similar pop-up blocking settings, although the steps may vary.

Allow pop-ups for your Rhumbix website, then try signing in again.
