Rhumbix uses Autodesk for sign-in.
If you’re having trouble logging in, use the steps below to help identify where the issue may be occurring.
📧 Confirm You’re Using the Correct Email Address
One of the most common login issues is using an email address that does not match the one associated with your Rhumbix account. This is important because Rhumbix uses your email address to connect your Autodesk identity with your existing Rhumbix account.
If you are unsure which email address to use, contact your company administrator or Rhumbix Support (support@rhumbix.com).
Before trying any other troubleshooting steps:
Confirm the email address on your Rhumbix account.
Use that same email address when signing in through Autodesk.
If you already have an Autodesk account, make sure that account is using the same email address.
If the email addresses do not match, the Autodesk sign-in may complete but still not connect you to the correct Rhumbix account.

🌐 Check Your Autodesk Sign-In Directly
Before moving on to other troubleshooting steps, check whether you can sign in to Autodesk directly. An existing Autodesk browser session can sometimes affect the login process.
On your phone or computer:
Open Google Chrome.
Go to https://manage.autodesk.com.
Sign in using the same email address associated with your Rhumbix account.
If you are already signed in to Autodesk, sign out and then sign back in.
Once you have successfully signed in, return to Rhumbix and try logging in again.
This step can help identify whether the issue is occurring during the Autodesk sign-in process. An existing or interrupted Autodesk login session may also interfere with the Rhumbix login process.
If You Already Use Other Autodesk Products
If you use other Autodesk products, you may already be signed in to an Autodesk account on your phone or computer.
Make sure the Autodesk account you are signed in to uses the same email address associated with your Rhumbix account. If a different Autodesk account is currently signed in, sign out before trying to access Rhumbix again.
👍 If You Can Sign In Successfully
Return to Rhumbix and try signing in again.
If Autodesk sign-in completes successfully but you still cannot access Rhumbix, contact Rhumbix Support and let us know where the login process stops.
⚠️ If Autodesk Displays an Error
If you receive an error while signing in to Autodesk directly, first try ruling out a browser issue.
Try the following:
Open an Incognito/InPrivate browser window and try again.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry.
Try another supported browser.
If you are already signed in to Autodesk, sign out before trying again.
🚫 If You See “Request Error – There Was a Problem Opening This Page”
You may see a message similar to:
Request error
There was a problem opening this page.
Autodesk indicates this error may occur when network settings are preventing access to one or more domains required for Autodesk authentication.
If the browser troubleshooting steps above do not resolve the issue, ask your IT or network team to review the Autodesk domains and URLs that need to be allowed.

🏢 If Your Company Uses Single Sign-On
If your company manages Autodesk access through Single Sign-On, Autodesk may redirect you through your company’s normal authentication process.
If the error occurs during that portion of the login process, your company’s IT or identity-management team may need to review the SSO configuration.
Rhumbix Support does not manage your company’s Autodesk SSO setup.
🪟 Check for a Blocked Sign-In Window
If the Autodesk sign-in page does not open from Rhumbix, your browser may be blocking the popup.
In Google Chrome:
Look in the address bar for the popup-blocked icon.
Select the icon.
Choose the option to allow popups and redirects for Rhumbix.
Try signing in again.
📱 Clear Rhumbix App Data on Android
If you're having trouble signing in to Rhumbix on an Android device, clearing the app's stored data may help resolve the issue.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Rhumbix app may not remove all locally stored data.
Follow these steps to clear the app data directly.
To clear Rhumbix app data:
Open Settings on your Android device.
Select Apps or Applications.
If necessary, select See all apps to display the full list of installed apps.
Find and select Rhumbix.
Select Storage or Storage & cache.
Tap Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.
Open Rhumbix and try signing in again.
Important: Clearing app data resets the app's locally stored information and may remove any unsynced work. Make sure your data has been successfully synced before proceeding.
Note: Menu names may vary depending on your Android device and operating system version.
🔄 If You’re Already Signed In to Autodesk
An existing Autodesk browser session can sometimes affect the login process.
Try the following:
Go to https://manage.autodesk.com.
Sign out of Autodesk.
Close the browser.
Reopen Google Chrome.
Return to Rhumbix and try signing in again with the email address associated with your Rhumbix account.
🆘 Still Having Trouble?
Rhumbix Support can confirm that your Rhumbix account is configured correctly, but we do not manage Autodesk account credentials, Autodesk authentication, or company SSO settings.
