When using Rhumbix on the Web App, most of your account will be set up by your Customer Success Manager. There are several configurations that Admin users can set to their preferences. We've put together a quick guide with support articles to help get Rhumbix to work as you like it.

User Notifications

You can set up Email Notifications for your Field Forms to be notified when new forms are submitted and/or when the statuses of the forms change. Users can either be notified on a project level and/or via a Daily Summary Email.

Timekeeping

A locked Time Period is useful to prevent users from creating or editing timecards. It works by letting an Admin pick any date and lock all time entries on or before that date. After locking the time period, only Admins and Payroll Admins can make edits. Locked Time Period ensures all data that is pulled from Rhumbix and sent to your ERP system remains clean, consistent, and free of Foreman and PM modifications.

Admins can set Default Signature settings for Time Cards that will apply to all new projects. This is a useful tool that minimizes the room for error, so users will not have to toggle this option each time a new project is created.

T&M Forms

T&M users with pricing enabled can add markup percentages to their labor, equipment, and material costs. Our Markup feature can be applied individually to each form, or set with default values on the project level to automatically apply onto all subsequent forms.
