It is important to us on many levels that our user-base feels heard and understood so we have created the Rhumbix Community Forum. Our Rhumbix Community Forum is a great space to post feedback, submit feature requests, and engage with our team and other Rhumbix users. Users will need to create a free account and login with their email and password which can match the same credentials that are used to log into the Web and Mobile app. Once they're signed in, they can create posts, share feedback, and interact with us and other Rhumbix users.

To access the Community Forum, click here. Alternatively, you can click on Community at the top of our support center, or on the main page, scroll down and click on Join the Conversation. You can see our three Community Topics: We Love Rhumbix, Feature Requests, and General Discussion.
We Love Rhumbix is a space where you can post positive feedback about how Rhumbix has helped out your organization.
Feature Requests is a space where users can post suggestions on how we can improve our product. We welcome all ideas and suggestions on how we can make Rhumbix work better for you.
General Discussion is a space for users to gather and share industry knowledge, professional advice, or photos of completed projects.
Below the three Community Topics, you can also see recent activity from other users, as well as the option to create a new post. If you have any trouble finding a post or navigating around the Community Forum, you can always use the search bar at the top of the page.
Setup and Login
To create posts and submit feedback on the Community Forum, you'll need to create and account and log in. One thing to note is that the Community Forum uses a different login system than the Web and Mobile app, but to prevent any confusion, you can surely use the same email and password when creating an account.
To login, click on Sign In at the top right corner and enter in your email and password to log in.
If you do not have login credentials to our Community Forum, you can Click on Sign Up at the bottom. Enter your full name and email, and then click Sign Up. An email will automatically be sent over to you for you to set up a password. This email and password combination will be your login credentials to access Rhumbix.
Sometimes you may encounter a message that says “A user has already signed up with the given email. This means that our system recognizes your email as we may have had correspondence with you through our support channel, support@rhumbix.com. If you run into this, all you have to do is click on “Regular Sign In” or Cancel at the bottom.
From there, click on “Get A Password” at the bottom, enter in your email, and then click submit. You’ll receive an email that’ll prompt you to set up a password.
Posts and Feedback
Once you’re logged in, you’ll have access to performing more actions on the Community Forum. These include creating a post, following topics and posts, and commenting, upvoting, and downvoting on other posts.
Following Topics and Posts
When you click into one of the community topics, one of the first things you'll see is a Follow button. You can follow the topic and see new posts that come in. Whenever a new post or comment is created, you will receive an email notification.
You can also follow individual posts by clicking into the post. To the right of the title, you'll see a Follow button that you can opt into as well.
Creating a Post
You can make a post of your own by clicking on New Post, both on the home page and within one of the community topics. Here, you can enter in a title for your feature request, describe the details of what this feature request would include and how to go about it, select the topic that this post would fall under, and submit the post! We ask that you be as descriptive as possible in the details (ex. adding photos, submitting links, etc.).
Interacting with Other Posts
Once your post is submitted, it will be public and other users can interact with it. You and other users can upvote or downvote the post, comment thoughts on the post, and even share it on social media.
Community Forum Moderation
The Community Forum is meant to be an open, safe and encouraging space for you and all users. With that being said, Rhumbix will have Community Forum Moderators to follow up and respond to your posts and comments, as well as facilitate the discussion between the users and Rhumbix.
We genuinely hope that you’ll use our Community Forum to openly share your thoughts and express yourself. We're looking forward to seeing all of your posts!

To enter, users must:
Create an Account on the Rhumbix Community Forum.
andCreate a Post in the We Love Rhumbix, Feature Requests, or General Discussion Community Topics.
orWrite a comment for an existing post contributing the discussion on the post (unfortunately, the comment cannot be a comment along the lines of "I'm commenting for the raffle entry").
Once collected, users will automatically be entered into the raffle. Each user can have a maximum of ONE entry. Winners will be announced and notified on September 4th, 2020.
