User Account Setup: Rhumbix Mobile App

How to download the app, set your password, and sign in on mobile

Once your administrator adds you to Rhumbix, getting started in the mobile app is quick and easy. This guide walks you through downloading the app, setting your password, and logging in.


Step 1: Download the App

Search for “Rhumbix” in your mobile device's app store:

Install the app on your device.


Step 2: Set Your Password

After you're added to the system, you’ll receive a welcome email from Rhumbix.

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click Set your password.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your setup.

⚠️ Note: This email expires after 72 hours.

If the link has expired, you can reset your password here.


Step 3: Sign In

Once your password is set:

  • Open the Rhumbix app on your mobile device.

  • Tap Sign In to access your account.

  • Enter your email and password.


Important Note on Mobile Browsers 📵

While you may technically be able to access the Rhumbix Dashboard in a mobile browser, this experience is not supported. For full functionality and optimal performance, please use the Rhumbix mobile app or access the Dashboard on a desktop or laptop computer.
