Where can I reset my password?

If you forgot your password you can reset it using this link - Rhumbix Password Reset.

You can also find a Forgot Password link on the login screen on your mobile device.

Rhumbix requires all users to have passwords which are:

  • At least 8 characters.

  • Cannot be entirely numeric.

  • Not related to the user’s other information such as name, email, trade or classification.

  • Commonly used passwords should be avoided.

Not receiving the reset password email?

If you request a password reset email but do not receive it in your inbox, please check these possible reasons:

  • Your EMAIL is invalid. Please verify with your Admin team that the email you are using is the same email set up on your account in Rhumbix. (This is the most common reason password emails are not received.)

  • Check your SPAM folder and verify with your company's IT dept that Rhumbix emails are marked as Safe.

  • You have NOT BEEN SET UP as a team member for your company. Please confirm with your Admin team that you have been added correctly.

  • The ROLE associated with your information in your company’s Rhumbix Account does not allow access to log into Rhumbix. Please ask your Admin team to verify your role.
