Getting started in your Rhumbix account is simple. Once your administrator adds you to Rhumbix, you’ll receive an email prompting you to set your password and log in.
Step 1: Set Your Password
Open the email from Rhumbix.
Click the Set Password button in the email.
If the button does not work, the email also includes a plain-text URL.
Copy and paste the full URL directly into your browser to complete your password setup.
💡 Some spam filtering or email security tools modify URLs embedded in buttons, which can cause the button link to fail. Using the plain-text URL usually resolves this issue.
Step 2: Log In to the Rhumbix Web Platform
Once your password is set, you can log in at: Rhumbix Login
Tip: Bookmark the login page in your browser for quick access in the future. This makes it easier to return to the Web Login Page without having to search for the link.
Step 3: Accessing the Mobile App (Optional)
If you need access to Rhumbix on your mobile device:
You’ll use the same email and password to sign in on mobile.
⚠️ Didn’t get the email? There are common reasons:
Incorrect email address
Ask your supervisor to verify that your email address is entered correctly in Rhumbix.
Missing login permissions
Ask your supervisor to confirm that your role in Rhumbix is something other than Worker. Users assigned the Worker role do not have access to log into Rhumbix.
Email blocked or filtered by security tools
If you did not receive the password setup email, it may have been blocked or filtered by your company’s email security rules.
Please work with your IT team to ensure that emails from @rhumbix.com are allowed or whitelisted. Once this is complete, the password setup email can be resent using the Forgot Password link.
⚠️ Password link not working?
Some email security tools modify links embedded in buttons, which can break the password setup link.
If clicking the button does not work:
Use the plain-text URL included in the email
Copy and paste the full link directly into your browser
Need a new password email?
If your password setup link has expired or you need the email resent, you can request a new one using the Forgot Password link. on the login page.
