Daily Reports: Create on Web Dashboard

Before getting started with your Daily Reports, ensure that you have your projects, team members, equipment, and materials added to your Rhumbix account. For more information, links are provided below.

Once you have your account set up, you will have all of the necessary components to begin creating Daily Report Forms!

You can create Daily Reports via the Web Dashboard or Mobile App. Click here to see instructions on how to create Daily Reports via Mobile App.

To create a Daily Report through the Rhumbix Dashboard, follow these steps below,

  1. Log onto your Rhumbix Dashboard.

  2. Click on Daily Report under Field Forms.

  3. Select your project in the project selector at the top.

    • If you set the selector to "All Projects," you will be prompted to select a project that you'd like to create a Daily Report for.

  4. On the action bar at the top, click "Create." This will open a new page and populate a blank Daily Report Form.

  5. In the new page, fill out the fields with your Daily Report Data.

    • Please note: Work Location and Work Summary are mandatory fields and require an entry.

    • You can photos to Daily Reports through Rhumbix Dashboard! Supported photo formats include .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .tif, .jpeg uploads.

  6. Scroll further down to add weather data, labor, equipment, materials, images, and signatures.

    • In these sections, click on Add Row, which will subsequently create a new row in that section.

    • Double click on the red box to populate a dropdown menu to search and select a new addition to the form.

    • After selecting the new addition, fill out the remaining information in that row. Information added to the row will automatically be saved.

    • When complete, click the X in the orange bar.

  7. When you've completed entering all information, click save on the top right.

Once the Daily Report is saved, it will populate your Web Dashboard for the next steps. Please see the respective links for the next steps and more information on the Subcontractors Standalone Workflow, GC Share Workflow, and Owner Share Workflow instructions.
