In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, our team at Rhumbix created two new Field Forms to assess and track your team members's health and wellness while on construction sites. These two new forms are the Daily Health Assessment and Crew Health Assessment Forms.

Edits and Approvals Process

Like other Field Forms, Daily and Crew Health Assessment Forms can move through stages of approvals. These approvals are Draft, Submitted, Reviewed, Closed, and Voided.

It is important to note that once a Health Assessment Form progressed past the Draft status, the form cannot be edited to maintain and ensure the integrity of initial answers of the health assessment questions. If a Health Assessment Form has incorrect answers or inaccurate data, the form must be voided and a new form must be created and completed.

Like other Field Forms, Health Assessment Forms have different role permissions depending on the statuses of the form. Here are two grids of the available actions and status change permissions per role based on the type of Health Assessment Form.

To change the status of a Health Assessment Form:

  1. Log onto Rhumbix Dashboard.

  2. Click on "Daily Health Assessment" or "Crew Health Assessment" under Field Forms.

  3. Select the report(s) you want to approve by selecting the check-box on the left-hand side.

Actions Taken

Once a form has progressed past the Draft status, PMs, Admins, and Payroll Admins are able to add Actions Taken to the form. To do so:

  1. In the Daily Health Assessment or Crew Health Assessment list view, click on "View" to the right of the form.
