Through the Rhumbix App, Field Forms users can import labor data from existing Time Cards with ease! This prevents users from having to enter in the same information multiple times and streamlines workflow efficiently.
To import Time Card data,
Ensure you have a Time Card with the correct labor information completed.
On the App, make your way to "Forms" on the main menu and press "NEW."
Select your project, and select T&M Tracking.
At the top of the page, press the button that says "Import From." This will pull a list of Time Cards associated with the project.
Select the Time Card you'd like to import to the form and press "Import".
The data from the Time Card will carry over. From here, you can proceed with completing the rest of the T&M Form.
