Data Explorer lets you schedule immediate or recurring deliveries of dashboards with the Schedule delivery dashboard menu option. Users can also schedule alerts.

Make sure the dashboard is not in edit mode. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right of the dashboard and choose “Schedule delivery.”

This window lets the user customize recurrence, destination, format, filters, and more.

Alerts can be set only on tiles with at least one numeric measure or table calculation in the tile’s visualization. To create alerts, your dashboard must not be in edit mode.

Click the tile’s bell icon on a dashboard tile to open the alert creation window. This window lets you configure alert conditions, email, and frequency.
