**The Labor Distribution Dashboard is the new enhanced version of our prior Labor Distribution Summary and Labor Distribution Details beta dashboards.

The Labor Distribution Dashboard is perfect for users who require a helpful way to make staffing, resource allocation, and labor management decisions—providing a high-level summary of insights into how Trade and Classification hours are used across projects. This guide will give step-by-step instructions on managing the Labor Distribution Dashboard.

Accessing the Labor Distribution Dashboard

On your main Rhumbix Dashboard, navigate to Field Analytix and select Labor Distribution.

This will open a clean dashboard requiring users to filter settings based on the insights they wish to view.

Users must select a Project from the drop-down menu on the top right. The options for projects are linked to the selected date range.

View by Segments:

  • Classification

  • Trade

  • Trade & Classification

Analyze by Headcount or Hours, and see the data trends by day, week, or month. This allows users to view the dashboard by various segments and date intervals.

Users can also quickly understand the filtered criteria with total values and see overall summary breakouts by project. View period-over-period ratios and changes and visualize the segments over time as discrete values or percentages.

Who gets access to the Labor Distribution Dashboard?

All timekeeping (TK) customers have access to the Labor Distribution Dashboard. User access is controlled through the Field Analytix page under Company Settings.

**If users already had prior access to the Labor Distribution Summary or Labor Distribution Details Dashboards, they now have access to this new Labor Distribution Dashboard.

You can always check our Support Center for more information on our Field Analytix Dashboards.
