The Time Allocation Breakdown Dashboard allows timekeeping users to understand how hours are being spent at any level within a company through various filters, segmentations, and period-over-period reporting options. This guide will give step-by-step instructions on managing the Time Allocation Breakdown Dashboard.

Accessing the Time Allocation Dashboard

On your main Rhumbix Dashboard, navigate to Field Analytix and select Time Allocation Breakdown.

This will open a clean dashboard requiring users to filter settings based on the insights they wish to view. Analyze and report on cost-coded hours broken down at any level.

Filter by:

  • Date Range

  • Time Card Owner

  • Cost Code

  • Cost Code Group

  • Group

  • Project

  • Time Type

Users also have the ability to filter by period-over-period options/values. Monitor what Over Time (OT) and Double Time (DT) are being spent to help inform resource management decisions.

Date Granularity options (period size):

  • Day

  • Week

  • Month

Reporting Values:

  • Period Hours

  • Percentage of total hours for each period

  • Percentage change from a previous period for each breakdown

  • Running Total Hours

Display by Options (Subtotal breakdown):

  • Group Discrete

  • Project, Cost Code

  • Cost Code Group

  • Time Card Owner

  • Project & Cost Code

  • Project & Cost Code Group

Who gets access to the Time Allocation Breakdown Dashboard?

All timekeeping (TK) customers have access to the Time Allocation Breakdown Dashboard. User access is controlled through the Field Analytix page under Company Settings.
