Rhumbix supports time card signatures when using the Rhumbix Web Dashboard. Timekeeping users can use Daily or Weekly Signatures depending on their chosen configuration.

Daily Signatures

Navigate to Weekly View under the Time Cards Menu.

Select a time card from the weekly view to activate the yellow taskbar at the top of the screen.

To have an employee sign a time card from the dashboard, select Daily Signature.

To request an employee sign a time card from their device, select Request Daily Signature.

**The time card owner must confirm that the employee is set up with text-to-sign to send a signature request.

Employees must confirm their identity by clicking SIGN TIME CARD on the next screen. Otherwise, they can click CANCEL to return to Weekly View Dashboard.

The Signature Summary screen will display the employee’s total hours worked for the selected day under Shift Summary, End-of-Day Questions (if applicable), and Shifts and Breaks information (if enabled).

Users can change their answers to the End-of-Day Questions by clicking Update Answers. When answering the End of Day Questions, a prompt will appear where employees will enter either a Yes or No for three questions.

**End-of-Day Questions are configured in Signature Settings in the Rhumbix Web Dashboard. Users can reach out to their Admins to change the settings.

The employee can select Draw or Type and then sign their time card. Employees can click Clear Signature to start over if they need to redo their signature.

Click SIGN TIME CARD to submit the signed time card.

After the time card is signed and submitted, users can download the signature to their device by clicking DOWNLOAD SIGNATURE.

Click CLOSE on the top left corner to return to the Weekly View Dashboard.

Weekly Signatures

Once a time card is selected, the yellow taskbar will appear at the top of the screen.

The Signature Summary screen will display the employee’s total hours worked for the selected week under Shift Summary and Shifts and Breaks information (if enabled). Users can expand individual days of the week by clicking on the date to view the daily hours.

NOTE: If a time card has multiple entries from different projects with different signature preferences, users must select the signature type for the time card.

When this happens, the signature options on the yellow taskbar will read Sign and Request Signature. Clicking either will open a drop-down list for the time card owner to select the signature type.
