How to Refresh Data in the Rhumbix Mobile App

If you're not seeing updated project data or cost codes in the Rhumbix mobile app, it may be that your app needs a data refresh. This simple process will sync the latest data to your app and ensure everything is up to date.

Steps to Refresh Data:

  1. Go to the Profile Page

    • In the Rhumbix mobile app, navigate to the Profile page.

  2. Select Offline Data

  3. Choose Refresh Data

    • Tap Refresh Data to initiate the sync. This will ensure that all project data, including cost codes, is updated in the app.

Troubleshooting

If you've followed these steps and are still not seeing the expected data, here are a few things to check:

  • Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection when refreshing the data.

  • App Version: Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Rhumbix app. Check the app store for any updates.

  • Restart the App: Sometimes simply closing and reopening the app after refreshing the data can resolve the issue.

  • Log Out, Log Back In: If refreshing the data doesn’t resolve the issue, try logging out of the app and then logging back in. This can often force the app to resync and show the updated data.
