Where do I enter a referral or promo code?

How to apply a referral code, promo code, or reservation booking number in the PADL app.

Referral codes, promo codes, and reservation booking numbers are all entered in the same place in the PADL app.

How to enter your code

  1. Open the PADL app and select your equipment

  2. Proceed to the Pricing screen

  3. Look for the code field below the plan cards and above the Continue button

  4. Enter your code and tap Apply

  5. Confirm the discount or reservation has been applied before tapping Continue

Where codes can be used

Referral and promo codes apply to self-service app rentals only. They cannot be used at club locations, towards memberships, or on reservations made through third-party platforms.

Code not working?

Double-check that the code was entered exactly as it appears — codes are case-sensitive. If it still isn't working, chat with us below and we'll look into it.
