What makes Rift different?
Learn how Rift’s patient-first approach, transparent pricing, and independent provider model set it apart from traditional telehealth platforms.
We were frustrated by a system driven by marketing, profit, and one size fits all care.
Too often, care feels generic and disconnected from individual biology. Med spas charge premium prices for identical treatments. Telehealth platforms that claim to be different, yet rely on polished interfaces while hiding fees, using confusing pricing, and revealing the true cost only after you are already committed. Some providers will not even disclose which pharmacy compounds your medication.
So we built Rift to challenge the status quo.
Rift is independently owned, with cofounders that include a physician and a pharmacist who are committed to patient first care, not investor pressure. With no shareholders to answer to, we focus on science backed care, full transparency, and clear upfront pricing. You will always know what you are getting, where it comes from, and exactly what it costs. No surprises.
Rift does not provide medical care and does not employ healthcare providers. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed provider groups.
What is Rift's role in all of this?

How long does the process take?
Most people complete the intake in under 10 minutes. Intake reviews are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours (sometimes longer for states or territories that require a synchronous visit).
Depending on your location and applicable regulations, individuals living in certain states or territories may be required to complete a brief phone or video consultation with an independent licensed provider before a determination can be made.
Puerto Rico intakes may take longer for provider review due to provider availability.
If an independent licensed provider determines that treatment is appropriate, the prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy for processing and fulfillment. Delivery typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days via fast, reliable shipping. Periods of high demand, holidays, and inclement weather may cause delays in both provider review and pharmacy turnaround times.
