Can I change or cancel my treatment or pharmacy fulfillment selection after checkout?
Learn why orders cannot be modified once they are submitted and how provider review and pharmacy fulfillment work.
Treatment and pharmacy fulfillment selections are final once checkout is completed.
After you submit your intake and complete checkout, your information is transmitted for independent provider review. If treatment is deemed appropriate, a prescription may be issued and transmitted to the selected pharmacy for fulfillment. This process begins very quickly and often occurs shortly after submission.
Because provider review and pharmacy fulfillment happen rapidly, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders once they have been submitted.
We strongly encourage reviewing your treatment and pharmacy fulfillment selection carefully during intake before completing checkout to ensure accuracy.
For complete details, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
I made a mistake on my intake and selected the wrong option. It now says I don't qualify for treatment and I can't go back. What should I do?
Steps to correct your intake responses before submitting your order.
You can make changes or corrections to your intake at any time before completing checkout and submitting your intake.
If you selected the wrong option, please use the back button located in the upper left corner inside the intake form to navigate and update your responses.
Please do not use your browser's back button, as this may prevent the intake from functioning properly.
Once checkout is completed and your intake is submitted, it becomes final and is transmitted for provider review. At that point, changes cannot be made.
We strongly encourage reviewing all responses carefully before submitting to ensure an accurate provider evaluation.
Why am I asked to enter my payment information at the end of my intake, before it is reviewed by a provider?
Explanation of the authorization process and when payment is finalized.
When you reach the end of your intake in the secure patient portal, we place a temporary authorization on your payment method before an independent licensed healthcare provider reviews your information. This is not a final charge.
An independent licensed healthcare provider then reviews your intake and medical history:
If approved for treatment: The authorization converts to a final charge and your prescription is processed.
If not approved: The charge is not processed, and the authorization typically releases automatically based on your financial institution's processing timelines. You are not charged if treatment is not approved.
You only pay if the independent licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is appropriate and prescribes medication.
Rift is not the medical provider or the pharmacy. Rift is a telehealth technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. All medical decisions and prescribing are made solely by the independent licensed provider.
