How does billing work?
Understand how billing works and when you are charged.
We offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing. You're billed for your selected supply (monthly or quarterly) at the time of purchase.
For your convenience, our platform automatically sets up recurring refills based on your selected supply duration. You can pause or cancel future refills at any time through your patient portal with no fees or penalties. To avoid being charged for the next refill, simply make changes before your scheduled shipment date.
You're in complete control of your billing. There are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or long-term commitments.
How does subscription auto-renew work? Can I turn it off?
Explanation of how recurring refills work.
You're always in control of your subscription, and auto-renew can be turned off at any time directly from your patient dashboard.
We make it easy and transparent to manage your billing. You can view step-by-step instructions here: https://trails.so/t/jMXMXAxV7Jkr?lang=en
Just make sure auto-renew is turned off before your next billing date to avoid being charged for a future refill.
Turning off auto-renew does not cancel your current treatment. You'll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Explanation of Rift’s refund policy and exceptions.
No. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed due to immediate independent provider review and pharmacy fulfillment.
Due to federal health and safety regulations, compounded medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped. Because these are prescription treatments custom-formulated for each individual patient, they cannot be resold or reused once preparation or fulfillment has begun.
Exceptions may apply in limited situations if:
The medication appears damaged or compromised
The product is subject to a manufacturer recall
A confirmed dispensing or labeling error occurred
If you believe one of these situations applies, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can review the issue and coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy.
For more details, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.
