How do I log in to my patient portal?

You can access your patient portal at my.joinrift.com, or by clicking the Login button at the top of this site. Use the email address you signed up with to log in.
If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password using the "reset password" link on the login page.
How do I message my provider?

Once you're logged into your patient portal:
Select Chat from the left-hand navigation menu.
At the bottom of the chat screen, look for "Send message to."
Choose Doctor to message your medical provider for:
Medical questions
Treatment guidance
Side effects
Dosage adjustments or medication concerns
For billing, shipping, account questions, or general support, select Support instead to message our non-clinical support team.
Your plan includes unlimited provider messaging for medical-related questions throughout your treatment.
How do I update my shipping address?
