How do I create expenses via WhatsApp in Rindegastos?

Here’s how to use the tool to create expenses with Rindegastos via WhatsApp.

How do I create expenses via WhatsApp?

To create an expense via WhatsApp, just follow these steps:

  1. Open your Rindegastos WhatsApp chat.

  2. Send the expense image in jpg or png. This WhatsApp feature does not support PDFs.

  3. WhatsApp will ask for a note for the expense.

  4. Select the corresponding company if you belong to more than one.

  5. Select the policy under which you want to assign the expense.

  6. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the expense is created.

That’s it! Your expense has been created. Check it on the web or app.

✏️Note: To use WhatsApp for expense creation, you must be part of a company and have policies assigned.

How do I review the expense on Web/App after creating it in WhatsApp?

  1. Log into your Rindegastos account under the Submitter profile.

  2. In the Expense section, find the WhatsApp-created expense.

  3. Click “Edit” and fill in any missing information or edit ant corrections.

  4. Click “Save Expense.”

  5. Remember to add the expense to a report to send it for review.

That’s it! That’s how you manage WhatsApp-created expenses.

✏️Note: In order to create expenses via WhatsApp. you can only send one file at a time, since you can only create one expense at a time.
