How do I create expenses via WhatsApp?
To create an expense via WhatsApp, just follow these steps:
Open your Rindegastos WhatsApp chat.
Send the expense image in jpg or png. This WhatsApp feature does not support PDFs.
WhatsApp will ask for a note for the expense.
Select the corresponding company if you belong to more than one.
Select the policy under which you want to assign the expense.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once the expense is created.
That’s it! Your expense has been created. Check it on the web or app.
✏️Note: To use WhatsApp for expense creation, you must be part of a company and have policies assigned.
How do I review the expense on Web/App after creating it in WhatsApp?
Log into your Rindegastos account under the Submitter profile.
In the Expense section, find the WhatsApp-created expense.
Click “Edit” and fill in any missing information or edit ant corrections.
Click “Save Expense.”
Remember to add the expense to a report to send it for review.
That’s it! That’s how you manage WhatsApp-created expenses.
✏️Note: In order to create expenses via WhatsApp. you can only send one file at a time, since you can only create one expense at a time.
