What does it mean to transfer a draft report?
With Rindegastos, submitter users have the option to transfer draft reports to other submitters who have the same policy assigned to the report. This option allows the recipient of the report to review and edit the report before submitting it or even send it for review within the assigned workflow.
How do I transfer a draft expense report to another submitter?
To transfer a draft report, just follow these steps:
From the Submitter menu, select “Reports.”
Select the draft report you want to transfer. In the top right, you’ll see three dots, click them to open the Options menu.
Click “Transfer Report.”
In “Transfer Draft To:”, select the submitter you want to transfer your report. Keep in mind that only those assigned to the report's policy will appear.
Press the blue “Transfer Draft” button to confirm. The other submitter will now see the report in their inbox in Draft status.
