How to track a report from the review workflow?
Tracking your reports and seeing their status in the review workflow is simple. Just follow these steps:
From the "Submitter" menu, select "Reports".
Click on the Report with the status "In Process" that you want to track.
At the top, click on the "review workflow" button.
You’ll be able to see where the Report is in the workflow, who is assigned to review it, and if there are multiple Approvers.
That’s it! You can now track the review workflow of your submitted reports.
How to track a report from the history?
To track your reports from the history, follow these steps:
From the "Submitter" menu, select "Reports".
Click on the Report with the status "In Process" that you want to track.
At the top, click on the "History" button.
You’ll see each event related to your Expense Report and the comments left by the Approvers.
You can send a message to the Approvers it in the review workflow.
That’s it! It’s that easy to view the history of reports submitted to the review workflow.
What events can you see in the history?
In the history of reports submitted to the review workflow, you can view various events. Here’s what you’ll find:
Expenses approvals and/or rejections.
Edits to expenses.
Edits to the Expense Report.
Comments from the Submitter and Approvers.
Dates of submission and closing of the review process.
💡 Tip: If you have any questions about the approval or rejection of an expense, you should directly contact the Approver who is reviewing your Expense Report. Alternatively, you can leave a message in the History, which will be sent directly to the Approver handling your report.
