What is the gallery and what is it used for?
The gallery is a cloud-based space where you can store your expense receipts, such as:
Electronic invoices
Tickets
Receipts
POS tickets
Payment vouchers
You have a maximum capacity of 4 MB to upload all your documents in the following formats:
JPEG
PNG
PDF
XML
This helps you keep all the necessary documentation for creating and submitting your expenses correctly.
How does the gallery work?
Storing your receipts in the gallery is easy. Just follow these steps:
From the "Submitter" menu, select “Gallery.”
Drag your files onto the screen, and they will upload in a few seconds.
Alternatively, you can click on "Upload your files."
Select the files from your computer and click "Open."
That’s it! Your receipts are now uploaded to Rindegastos, allowing you to quickly create your expenses.
