What is RIA?
RIA is Rindegastos intelligent virtual assistant, designed to provide recommendations and suggestions that will make it easier for submitters and approvers to use the platform quickly and efficiently.
RIA is exclusively available for Corporate and Enterprise plans.
Where can I find RIA?
RIA is discreet and won’t distract you, so it will only appear when it considers it can offer you a useful suggestion on the platform.
The first time RIA has something to share, you will see it in the top right corner of the Rindegastos web version.
In future interactions, you’ll see a pulsing button that you can click to discover the suggestions RIA has for you.
How do I add expenses to a report already created with RIA?
To start, go to the Submitter menu and go to the Expenses section.
Click “Need Help?” and select “Add Expense to Report.”
Select the expense(s) you want to include in an already created report.
Click “Add Expense to Report.”
That’s it! RIA will confirm that the expense(s) were successfully added.
✏️Note: Remember, this is just the first step to attaching expenses to an already created report. After adding all the necessary expenses, you will need to send the report for review in the review workflow.
