Here’s how to use the Cards module and connect your company's account in Rindegastos with the submitters' corporate cards, to easily and quickly create and assign expenses on the Rindegastos web platform.
Note: This feature is available for Rindegastos Chile 🇨🇱 and applies to Mastercard corporate cards from Banco Security.

What is the Cards module in Rindegastos?
The Cards module connects your corporate card to Rindegastos, making it easier for the submitter to create expenses by linking their card transactions.
It’s compatible with Mastercard corporate cards from Banco Security. Once enabled and connected to the bank, your company administrator can assign the card products to submitters. Transactions will appear automatically in the Cards module and can be linked to expenses.
This module is read-only — you can’t delete or edit the bank credentials.
What are the requirements to use Cards in Rindegastos?
If you are a user of Rindegastos Chile, keep In mind that in order to use this feature, you need to:
Have an Enterprise Plan in Rindegastos with active billing.Use the latest version of Rindegastos.
Use Mastercard corporate cards.
Have an account with the banks that offer the service: Banco Security.
(If you do not have an account with the banks supported by Rindegastos, let us know and we will be happy to verify if your bank can be used)
The following cases do not apply:
Debit card
Non-corporate bank cards
Personal credit cards
If you cannot find the Cards section in the menu as an administrator, check your permissions in the Users section or ask another administrator to provide you with the necessary permissions.
How to enable the Cards module in Rindegastos?
To enable the Cards module in your company's Rindegastos account, follow these steps:
In the Rindegastos web platform, from the Administrator menu, select the Cards option. Click the "I want to try Cards" button.
Complete the requested data: Bank, Card brand, number of users, phone number, etc. Done! Our team will contact you soon to indicate the next steps.
Please note that the bank enablement process requires meeting the previously mentioned requirements and has an execution time and associated cost.
How to link corporate cards to submitters in Rindegastos?
In the Rindegastos web platform, from the Administrator menu, select the Cards option. Click on the Banks section and select the bank or financial entity from which you need to assign the card. Here, you will find a list of products that can be assigned to submitters.
Click the pencil icon next to the card to assign/edit users.
Select the users you need to associate with the card and click "Save Users."
Done! The users are now associated with the cards and will be able to link their transactions to expenses.

Linking expenses: Action performed by the Rindegastos submitter to link an expense created with a transaction made with their banking product.
