What is the Travel module in Rindegastos?
The Travel module allows companies to manage the total cost of trips in one place and add expenses incurred during the stay, where the submitter can link their expenses to the trip information.
Travel connects the COCHA travel agency directly to Rindegastos, which makes the expense submission process more complete and helps keep all information in one place and reconciled.
How do I submit expenses for trips with COCHA in Rindegastos?
To submit expenses for trips with COCHA in Rindegastos, just follow these steps:
In the Rindegastos web platform, from the Submitter menu, select “Reports.”
Click on the Travel tab and you will find the trips information that COCHA has sent to Rindegastos for report creation.
*If the submitter has only one policy assigned, a report will be automatically created with the trip information.
Find the trip you want to link or create expenses for, then click “Create Report.”
Once the report is created, click “Add Expense” to add already created expenses or create new ones for that report.
In the “Your Trip” tab, you will be able to see the details of your trip with COCHA.
Note: If this is the first time you use the Travel module as a submitter, you must read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
