Here’s how to assign custom statusess to reports on Rindegastos’ web platform easily and quickly.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM STATUS USED FOR?
Custom statuses allow you to have better control and tracking of reports as they are approved. You can configure these statusess according to your company’s needs. Rindegastos suggests statusess like "To Be Paid," "Paid," "Accounted," among others.
HOW TO ASSIGN CUSTOM STATUSES TO AN EXPENSE REPORT
Assigning custom statuses to Expense Reports is straightforward—just follow these steps:
From the "Approver" menu, select "Reports."
Go to "To Review" to view all available reports, or "Reviewed" if you need to change the status of a Report that has already been reviewed.
Click on the title of the Report you wish to view.
Once in the Report, click the "Options" button in the top right corner and select "Change Status."
Choose one of the custom statuses configured by your company.
Finally, leave a comment about the assigned status and click "Change Stasus" to save it.

✏️ Note: You can only assign custom statuses if the setting is active in the expense policy for the Report.
