The Global Company feature provides a comprehensive view of all Expense Reports in "in process" or "closed" status. Additionally, you can assign custom statuses in bulk, such as "to be paid," "paid," "accounted for," among others.

You can also track the history of each report by applying various search filters (report name, folio, expense policy, submitter, submission date) and download the filtered reports in Excel format.

How to use Global Company?

Using the Global Company feature is very straightforward. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. From the "Administrator" menu, select “Global Company.”

  2. You will see the Reports listed from the most recent folio to the oldest.

  3. At the top, you can apply filters (report name, folio, expense policy, submitter, submission date) to search for specific reports.

  4. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Export file" to download an Excel file with the filtered reports.

  5. By clicking the circle next to "Name / submission date," you can select all reports. A small window will appear showing the number of selected expenses and two actions: "Change Status" or "View Reports."

  6. To change the status in bulk, click on "Change Status," select the status, add a comment if desired, and click "Change Status" to save.

  7. In "View Reports," you will see detailed information for each report filtered or all reports in "in process" or "closed" status.

That’s it! The Global Company feature helps you review "in process" and "closed" reports easily, saving you time.
